How It Works

With your consent, Arcadia updates the primary email address on your utility account to a secure, Arcadia-managed address. This allows our system to facilitate logins on your behalf.

The Process:

• Consent: You authorize Arcadia to update the primary email on your utility account.
• Activation: Arcadia enables automated login for your credentials.
• Re-authentication: You perform a one-time authentication on the Plug Dashboard to finalize the link.
• Automatic Retrieval: When the utility sends an MFA code, Arcadia securely extracts it to access your energy data.
• Forwarding: All utility communications (MFA codes and general emails) are automatically forwarded to your personal email to ensure full visibility.

Important Notes
