Arcadia Impersonation Feature
Understanding Arcadia Dashboard impersonation.
Overview
For triaging purposes, a small subset of Arcadia employees have the ability to view and edit data as a customer would. This enables us to validate, reproduce, and triage reported issues more quickly, resulting in faster responses and answers.
How it works
Most Arcadias with impersonation abilities will have the read only role. This allows us to see the data and Dashboard exactly as you do. A smaller set of Arcadians have read and write permissions for triaging purposes.
How will I know if an Arcadian made changes in the Dashboard on my behalf?
All updatable fields have an Event History section. Any time a field is updated on your behalf, you will see this reflected in the event history. See below for an example:

Can an Arcadian view my API keys using impersonation?
No, API keys are only exposed to users of an organization.
