Overview
The Storage-in-Switch workflow models battery storage behavior and uses the resulting post-storage profiles in a Savings Analysis.
The steps that you will perform in this tutorial are:
- Create a Storage-in-Switch Account to set up the account used throughout the workflow.
- Confirm the Utility and Electricity Tariff to define the customer's utility and rate plan.
- Baseline Electricity Usage to create the electricity usage profile.
- Model Solar Production to set up the solar production profile.
- Generate Post-Storage Profiles to simulate the battery storage system and create adjusted profiles for grid imports, solar exports, and battery interactions.
- Generate a Storage-in-Switch Savings Analysis to run a Savings Analysis using the storage profiles.
