Meter Management in Plug Intervals is an enhancement designed to auto-deactivate dormant meters for which new intervals are not expected.
Introducing expected accounts to Plug Statements! Expected accounts allows you to upload a CSV file to the Dashboard detailing specific accounts you expect Arcadia to discover through credential web navigation. If and when we find these accounts, we will automatically activate them on your behalf and begin fetching data. This feature goes hand in hand with our discovered accounts feature.

Introducing discovered accounts to Plug Statements! Discovered accounts is a new, organization configuration that allows customers to opt OUT of auto account activation. This means that we will identify all accounts behind a credential, but we will not fetch data unless specifically requested to by the customer on an account by account basis. This will result in slower turn around of data. However, you have more control over the data you receive.

We're excited to announce an enhancement to our Plug platform designed to provide you with more immediate and transparent access to your statement source documents– Discovered Statements.
Previously, when all accounts under a credential were deactivated, Arcadia would automatically deactivate the credential as a convenience feature. However, some users rightfully pointed out that by deactivating a credential, they lose the ability to have new accounts discovered under the credential in cases where they'd prefer to also have all existing accounts under the credential deactivated.
Texas Transmission and Distribution Utility (TDU) rates will be updated September 1, 2025 with the following changes:
