Single Sign On (SSO)

Use Single Sign On (SSO) when your team needs to manage Arcadia access through your own identity provider. The Arcadia Platform Dashboard and Genability Signal & Switch support SSO by way of OpenID Connect (OIDC). This allows your IT department to manage who has access to their Arcadia application(s) and with what permissions. SSO can be set up if you are subscribed to at least one Arcadia product (Signal, Switch, Plug).

Note that SSO is intended to be mutually exclusive with password based login. Using both methods of authentication after SSO has been configured is unsupported.
