Credential status & status detail enhancements

  1. New status 'CONNECTION_DEACTIVATED' & status detail 'DATA_EXTRACTION_NOT_REQUESTED' included at the credential resource to identify disabled credentials.
  2. New status detail 'PROVIDER_REGISTRATION_INCOMPLETE' (for status 'CONNECTION_FAILURE') included at the credential resource to credentials where the end-user needs to complete registration on the utility website to ensure the credential is functioning.

Account status & status detail enhancements

  1. New status 'CONNECTION_DEACTIVATED' (with status detail 'STATEMENT_EXTRACTION_NOT_REQUESTED') included at the account resource to identify disabled accounts.
