[Plug] Discovered Statements

We're excited to announce an enhancement to our Plug platform designed to provide you with more immediate and transparent access to your statement source documents– Discovered Statements.

Why does this matter?
This new feature will empower customers to manage the billing process more efficiently and avoid potential late fees when statements do not pass Arcadia data quality checks. It unblocks statements that have a time sensitivity component when quality checks fail.

How it works
Currently, if a statement extracted by Arcadia doesn't pass our internal data quality checks, you may experience delays in accessing the original source document. With the Discovered Statements feature, we will expose these source documents as soon as we have access to them, even if the data hasn't been fully processed or reconciled via the Dashboard and the API.

Impact

• Access source documents sooner, even if full data extraction is pending.
• Connect processed statements with their originating discovered statements to avoid duplicate payments.
• Enhance transparency when a statement is discovered and when it is fully processed by Arcadia.
